We offer an exciting role into a diverse and dynamic Team and environment.Overall Purpose of the Job Support the HVDC Product Manager to ensure the management of a cohesive Product Portfolio in line with the Company growth objectives.Drive the Product offerings, their development & commercializationIdentify and develop technical and commercial opportunities during the pre-ITT/FEED stagesCountry of Operation (Subject to change as per the business needs): ITALYCountry of Responsibility: WorldwideCustomer profile: TSO, Developers, O&G Operators and UtilitiesTeam Overview and Job responsibilitiesYou will be in charge of:Engage with Customers during pre-ITT/FEED stages to deepen the understanding of requirements and prepare a techno-economical analysis of the different transmission solutionsGather Market Data, perform Competitive Analysis and benchmark competitionMaintain professional and technical knowledge and participate in Industry related eventsSupport the HVDC Product Manager to guide internal Stakeholders on expectations and support in identifying R&D projects aligned to the Company strategyProvide guidance & product information to Sales Managers and convey relevant market data & competitive analysis to the TeamLiaise with relevant Functions to translate Customer requirements into viable and value-added proposalsReview prepared costs of Product and advise market pricing levelsAttend Tender Review Meetings, Tender Price Approval meetings and internal Kick of Meetings if requestedOversee entire Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesSupport the HVDC Product Manager in evaluating performance & gaps in the Product and maintaining a Product RoadmapTravel Requirements: worldwide frequent travels may be required up to 40% of working time.Who are we looking for?Minimum Requirements:Honours degree in Material, Energy or Electrical engineeringTechnical knowledge of HVDC Systems (system configurations, main components, operations, etc.)Basic Business and Marketing skills (macroeconomics, cost/price structures, financial metrics)1 to 3 years of experience in Engineering/Technical roles in the Energy IndustryTeam working capabilityProblem solving and target orientedFluent in English, written and spokenPreferred Experience:Knowledge of the Submarine and HV cable business/market is a plusTechnical and Commercial presentation skillsFlexibility and capability to manage changes during the workGood relationship approachIT skills: MS Office, Project planning tools, Presentation PPT expertiseYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
