Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated Industrial Engineer for the Engineering Operations HQ of Stevanato Group in Piombino Dese (PD).JOB OPPORTUNITY:From Design phase (PDP) and through the manufacturing life of equipment, develop and provide relevant tools, recommendation and information in order to supply, manufacture, test and install the product at the right safety, quality, cost and LT levels. Support production to ensure achievement of customer project targets and implementation of preventive actions. Optimize assets utilization in all plants, scout and select new manufacturing technologies to secure internal manufacturing efficiency. Drive processes alignment and support transversal program on modular test & virtual commissioning and make or buy. TASKS AND ACTIVITIES: Create the STD work, working instruction, SOP and master routing based on the configuration map.Design tools and jigs needed to assemble, manufacture and test components to commit in quality, cost and LT requirements Participate to the design review with ETO and sourcing teams. Participate to the qualification of the module on the manufacturing activities. Participate to the continuous improvement of all production activities, applying lean and Six Sigma principles. Organize the validation of the Standard Operation Procedure for the installation. Support production team to ensure the achievement of customer project target.Propose corrective and preventive action in coordination with production. Define the master production data (Routing, sequence, hours, etc.) Support of the analysis of the manpower hours on all activities per dealsIdentify and supporto best practices with other sites manufacturing similar equipment.Apply Lean & Six Sigma best practice to analyze data, investigate root cause for production processes variability, plan and execute actions involving inter-functional teams.Lead year over year cycle time reductionsSupport the product cost monitoring indicating, and where necessary, leading the cost improvement actions.QualificationsMaster degree in engineering (Electric/Mechatronic Engineering preferred)Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Fluent English, written and spoken.Mechanical and Electrical skills / knowledgeKnowledge of Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologyAbility to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams.Leadership and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions.Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, determinedSalary and type of contract depending on candidate's experience.
