Mission of the role will be to develop and validate processes for new products or for new declinations of existing products. You will have the following responsibilities, focused on a dedicated finishing technology and on chemical processes: New products and processes delivery to manufacturing on time for production Following inputs from T4 and prototyping team for new declinations or new products and following inputs from R&D team for new processes, to build a solid and stable process flow to obtain products in compliance with our internal qualitative standards To lead process improvements where machines and process modifications are required PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
