Role Purpose
As Influencer Marketing Specialist you'll be involved in the Influencer Marketing team and you'll directly report to an Influencer Marketing Manager.
The purpose of this role is to manage, activate and support innovative influencer marketing campaigns to achieve great creativity and performances.
The employer will manage the campaign process end-to-end – starting from research, talent scouting and list-building, creators analysis and benchmarking based on main KPIs and data, but also with a qualitative know-how and knowledge to understand brand-product-creators fitting – with talent agencies day-by-day contact, internal contracting, overall project execution, managing feedback and relationship with teams and clients, briefing creation, content monitoring and reporting – with close oversight from a more senior team member.Job Title:
Influencer Marketing SpecialistJob Description: Key Accountabilities Understand client goal and need for influencer marketing activities , in order to create and work on campaigns that will reflect expectation, budget and results
Project creativity and engagement mechanics creations
Scouting of influencer with the support of tech and tools and kpis analysis
Contact with talent agencies, contracting, reporting
Contect with partners and front client skills to develop and improve how to manage projects,
Management of a list of different projects, client portfolio in different product category ( eg : food, beauty, fashion, tech etc )
Use of .PPT, .DOC and .XLS to create, present and report on project
Campaign scheduling during time and monitoring
Assists in competit ive analysis and shares trend stories internally with the team
W orking alongside different teams ( mainly analysts, strategists and creative but also other DC teams )
Person Specification A strong passion and personal and professional knowledge for influencer marketing and creativity
At least 1 year of experience in agencies/ IM projects (mainly italian , an international experience is preferred)
Understanding of marketing and social media trend s
Data-driven mindset
Good k nowledge of the Italian talents' ecosystem, main agencies and partners
Team-working attitude
Italian mother language. Fluent Englis h , spoken and written.
Proactive and collaborative attitude
Experience in social platforms, internal analysis tools, online monitoring and measurement tools;
