A day in the life of the Medical DelegateCompliance: Use the market-specific code management system as a guidance document for all day-to-day activities, to assist the leadership team to ensure that all activities within the team and region comply with the WHO International Code for Marketing Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and Local Code. Advocacy: Ensure greater advocacy towards Nestlé Infant Nutrition and Supplement products and Nestlé Nutrition services, when detailing healthcare professionals and calling in HCI, through: the application of acquired skills; incorporate knowledge of Nestlé products and competition, territory dynamics and HCP profile in the discussion with HCP and also contribute to long-term and mutually beneficial relationships during these interactions. Manage the assigned territory according to the requirements and guidelines set for Masterdata management/HCP classification/HCP and HCI segmentation, masterschedule planning, HCP call rate, call strike rate, HCP surveys, and data collection for insights that can guide marketing and territory action plans. The creation and execution of a territory-specific action plan to contribute to the outputs required by national and regional business plans.
