As part of an international organization with growth potential and numerous opportunities for career development, currently looking for:Innovation Brand Manager: Global Diabetes CareReporting to the Global Marketing Manager - Diabetes Care, the resource will be a key contributor in the MTD turn-around journey. She/He will take care of the competitiveness of the biggest part of our portfolio by bringing to life the innovation pipeline, understand the consumer and the local tender needs to deliver winning innovation and business accretive plans, be the responsible for the innovation pipeline from P&L standpoint.Aim· Owns the 3-year innovation master plan of diabetes global portfolio, inc. its financial sufficiency from top to bottom line· Rejuvenates the core of the Company sales and become # 2 global player surfing the global rise of diabetes.Main Responsibilities:Market analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challengesProduct strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall objectivesProduct development: collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet both regulatory standards and customer needsLifecycle management: manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, optimizing performance and profitabilityStakeholders engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and key opinion leadersRequirements:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.· At least a 2 years experience in Marketing and Product Development or Product/Brand Management or Innovation roles, preferably in Consumer Goods/medical devices/pharmaceutical companies.· Advanced Microsoft Office package· Fluent in English and ItalianProfile· Passionate about making the difference and keen to embark in a brand turn-around· Must have a strategic mindset & Highly organized with flexible approach· Strong analytical skills and mindset· Desire to make things happen in destructed company· Strong team player· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Adaptability: ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities· Results-Oriented: results-driven with a focus on achieving key performance indicators and delivering successful product launchesLocation : Milan#J-18808-Ljbffr
