Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Innovation Specialist, Ruminants Business to Farmer (BtoF) will be a key member of a team which develop new products, services & processes aligned with the objectives of Cargill in a customer-driven approach. In this role, you will support the business in Western Europe (WE) by leading innovation projects and running research in the area of ruminants farming that will result in new offerings including products & services.Reporting to the Innovation Lead Nutrition (BtoF) for WE, you'll join a team composed of 13 persons specialized in ruminant nutrition and feed manufacturing, in a multi-disciplinary and international environment.Key AccountabilitiesManage product & service development projects for farmers:Develop and foster strong customer relationships to understand customer unmet needs & test prototypes in agile waysConduct experiments in our research facilities and in partnership with customers and academics Communicate to internal and external audiencesSupport sales & technical teams in launching new solutionsOther duties as assignedTake part to the Innovation process management Take part to the watch (scientific, regulatory, innovation…).QualificationsMinimum of five years in ruminants' nutrition, physiology, or health (dairy or beef industry, farming robotics, academics, …) or related work experienceFluently speaking and writing English languageFluently Speaking and writing French or/and ItalianCreative mindsetLocation: Yffiniac (France, Brittany) / Crevin (France, Brittany) / Fiorenzuala d'arda (Italy, Emilia Romagna)#LI-HC1Our OfferWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
