Your mission that helps to make the logistics industry more sustainable As an Inside Sales Consultant (m/f/d), your primary focus will be on supporting our Sales Team, with a particular emphasis on the Italian market. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the transition of semi-trailers to rail transport. Your responsibilities include: Cultivating strong relationships with our customers Preparing and delivering proposals to our clients Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively Advising customers on intermodal transport guidelines, policies, and procedures Communicating relevant commercial information to Customer Care & Sales Managers for new customers and cross-selling opportunities Generating new sales leads and collaborating closely with your sales manager to pursue them effectively You should have A high school diploma in business administration, marketing, technical studies, tourism, languages, or logistics Previous experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Fluency in both English and Italian Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and colleagues Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in preparing proposals and addressing customer inquiries Flexibility and adaptability to navigate various customer needs and dynamic situations in the sales process Why us?
