About the Team/Department As Intern Analyst Supply Planning you will support finished goods inventory management activities within EU region.
Responsibilities: You will support our Supply Planning Team on their work to learn how to:
Define actions plans to optimize the different inventory locationsProvide appropriate inventory analysis and reports (ERP, reporting tools)Monitor the ERP - adjust allocation to markets when required based on regional guidelinesProceed and track inbounds from manufacturing and suppliersEnsure product availability at the European warehouses and perform weekly replenishmentsSupport the global supply planning activities from a regional basisInitiate and drive ERP and processes improvementsProactively interact with Customer Service and Local supply chain teamsParticipate / organize regular reviews on operations, quality and improvementsMonthly KPI update and root cause analysis on main supply chain lossesExperience you'll bring: University Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain ManagementFluent in English (mandatory) and italianGood knowledge of general Office package, advanced Excel skills are a plusBehaviors you'll need: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsDrive for results and quality orientedAbility to deal with complexity and ambiguityWhat's in it for you?
