Our Milan based team is now highly active in the Italian market, working for premium clients on notable deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates. Their work comprises Italian situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.
TAG Italy is a fully integrated part of our Global Transactions Advisory Group and we are the largest transaction advisory practice outside the audit firms. A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development.
