Internal Audit & Compliance

We are looking for an intern to join the Compliance 231 & Internal Audit Division.In particular, the intern will be supporting a small, dynamic and cross-functional team in the following activities:• Assist the team in internal audit activities to assess the effectiveness of the Internal Control System• Support the identification of procedures and relevant documentation and the analysis of documentation and data.• Collaborate in the preparation of project outputs including audit reports, including the documentation of results and recommendations.• Help in monitoring corrective interventions identified in the audit recommendation follow-up phase.• Provide support to colleagues from other Units in maintaining and updating internal procedures and policies in line with Legislative Decree 231/01.Requirements• Graduated with a Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business, Analytics/Innovation, Management/Management Engineering, Law;• Fluent in English and Italian;• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus;• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;• Strong interest in compliance, corporate ethics, and governance.• Written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language.We are offering a 6 months paid internship.Disponibilità oraria: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
