Manpower Group, leader nella creazione di soluzioni integrate per l'incontro tra domanda e offerta di lavoro e lo sviluppo della carriera ricerca per PHILIP MORRIS MTB un/una INTERNAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALISTAs Communication Specialist you will support Internal Communications Supervisor in providing advice and strategic communication direction, dealing with internal and external stakeholders and you will responsible for visits coordination in the factory.A key responsibility of the role will be to ensure that everyone within the organization has access and feels engaged to the company's objectives, business, mission, projects and challenges.Specific responsibilities include: Advance business knowledge in all employees by providing the most updated and useful information about company strategies and the business in general.Advance the sense of belonging and engagement of all people by leveraging on values, mission, vision and strategy.Regulate the access to / use of all the internal communication tools with a special focus on digital channels.Collaborate in the organization of events, meetings, conventions involving the company or external events in order to improve employees' involvement.Work constantly with the management in order to improve communication and relation skills through training and advice.Support all departments in development and implementing communication activities.Visits coordination, proposing and continuously improve visit process and coordinating all the visit process and suppliers Requirements & Skills: University degree 2 years of professional experience in communications, media or journalism Digital media experience is a plus.Knowledge in MS Office Package.Strong communication, teamwork and listening skills.Ability to interact with higher management and strong customer orientation.Action orientation, learning on the fly, priority setting and problem solving attitude.Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken.What we offer: Fix term contract of 1 yearUniversity degree2 years of professional experience in communications, media or journalismDigital media experience is a plus.Knowledge in MS Office Package.Strong communication, teamwork and listening skills.Ability to interact with higher management and strong customer orientation.Action orientation, learning on the fly, priority setting and problem solving attitude.Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken.
