If so, we encourage you to join us asInternal Project Manager,in Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Italy!Reporting to the IPM Team Leader, as theInternal Project Manager (IPM)you will be responsible to follow the entire order management process into production plant, from quotation phase to shipment finalization. The role is accountable for the correct order entry of the assigned projects as well for the on-time delivery, according to customer requirements. IPM is supporting PMO organization in managing customers.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Quotation phaseWhen needed, support Sales/PSQ/PMO in analyzing customer requests, bringing your technical experience to quotation check. In particular: Plant lead time, including sub-suppliers, operations, testing methods and shipping requirements Documentation LT according to Doc. list as requested by customer Project specifications analysis and comments Project ExecutionAnalyze the final quote according to project specifications, technical clarifications / deviations list, closing the gaps before order entry into plant IT systemLead the plant LT, including Order Entry phase. Ensuring the sub-orders placement is according to needed LT. Expediting sub-suppliers when needed trough Supply chain office. Lead documentation on-time submittal according to the agreed document list (including turnarounds)Perform plant internal KOM to ensure all the functions are aligned on project requirements, timing and execution strategies. After iKOM, produce the minute of meeting with actions / milestones / deadlines for the involved departments, ensuring the actions will be completed in the requested timeIf requested, participate to KOM directly with customer to close the gaps on technical requirementsManage customer comments on submitted documentation: check the submitted comments before sharing with relevant functions (Engineering, Quality, Testing, Handle customer change orders: calculate cost/time impact for the requested modification, set the TP (Transfer Pricing) according to company rules based on calculated costs. Communicate the TP to PMO/Sales officeSupport PMO/Sales in handling customer expectations during execution phaseSupervise the plant internal execution of the project, with reference to supply chain, production (machining, assembly & testing), packing and shipping processSupports plant project execution within defined timeframe; proactively manages risks and potential delays; supports PM in margin increasing, according to defined strategyEnsures Quality procedures and technical details are performed according to EMR / Customer requirementsEnsures the product is available for inspections. Drive and directly run the witness inspections directly with Customer / TPA inspectors. Proactively lead any incurred issue, ensuring the NC/Punch list will be closed in a timely matterProvides regular progress reports to PM, detecting any deviations from what has been programmed and take action for delay recover at plant prospectiveSolve critical points of the project in a proactive way, guaranteeing the delivery of the product within requirementsPro-actively handle order shipments according to POR target, ensuring sales target is reached according to the forecastProject Plant LeadFocal point for requirements and progress status on the managed projectsConnect with key plant functions (planning, operations, supply, engineering, quality, shipping, for production-related audits, sharing with them the project requirements, ensuring timely communication between the various departmentsConducts internal KOM and supervises all follow-up activities related to the production, ensuring the completion of incomplete activities according to the timing required by the customerConducts Pre-Inspection Meetings and ensures proper follow-up of all agreed activitiesCollaborate with Engineering and Operations for monitoring work progressFocal point for technical changes: IPM is checking customer comments / requirements on submitted documents, evaluating them before doc. submittal to other departments and collecting impacts for change order evaluationWork closely with Production, Planning, Buyer, Suppliers, Value Streams & Quality to ensure project timelines are metActively run order reviews in plant IT systemProvide information needed for corporate project planning, including: delivery times, key milestones in Primavera softwareIdentify any risk associated with project execution and undertake mitigation/recovery actionsCustomer RelationshipAttend to KOM when neededAttend and lead PIM at plantManage clients and/or their representatives during local visits and inspectionsWho You Are:You stage activities with relevant landmarks and schedules.
