The skill of balancing the demands and expectations of these groups lies at the heart of a successful project. The Project Manager is accountable for obtaining and managing adequate resources to meet all project objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.#LI-MC1Key AccountabilitiesProject Management:Develop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Define project tasks and resource requirements.Create and maintain project schedules.Client Interaction:Act as the primary point of contact between the consulting engineering firm and the client.Understand client requirements and expectations.Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.Budget Management:Develop project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints.Monitor project expenses and financial performance.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.Quality Assurance:Ensure that the project meets quality standards and client expectations.Implement and enforce quality control processes.Contract Management:Understand and manage contract terms and conditions.Ensure that the project complies with contractual obligations.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering GeneralQualifications5+ years of experience managing a team of people on projects of moderate size/complexity and/or multiple projects simultaneously with a solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion on time, on budget, and within scope, including resource management across disciplinesFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools.Team Management: Proven experience in assembling and leading project teams. Demonstrated ability to assign tasks based on team members' skills, motivate the team, and manage them effectively. Software Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software. Familiarity with engineering software is a plus.
