Join Electrolux Professional Group - as INTERNSHIP: DIGITAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ABOUT THE JOBMap, upgrade and enrich the customer experience in digital tools, and monitor branding activities.ABOUT YOUR TASKS:DIGITAL TOOL EXPERIENCESupport Marketing Business Area Food with QR codes generation.Support Marketing Business Area Food with Configurators and Calculators users' registration process (inform how-to and accelerate).Support the external supplier in collect and organize material for configurator/calculator/needs matchers).To upgrade and enrich the customer experience, test the changes/releases for the several tools and cooperate with an external supplier to address the improvements.Weekly follow up on key sales tools. Track activities and keep align the full team with delivery times: configurators, calculators, needs matcher, SalesApp, Digital Platform, and others. Check, collect and report issues on dashboards.
