Attraverso Bludigit offriamo soluzioni digitali e tecnologiche all'avanguardia anche ad altri operatori nei settori dell'energia e delle infrastrutture, per supportare ed incentivare la transizione ecologica.Job SummaryThe Investor Relations Expert will be responsible for:Job DescriptionSupport the Investor Relations Manager in further developing and commercializing Italgas equity story and its ESG communication Regular analysis of investor base, analyst reports as well as peers and industry developments to prepare information packages for the Management team Contribute to write and develop content for annual and interim reports, press releases and Q&A documentsContribute to manage analyst communications and interactions, aiming at enlarging the coverage base Regular update of team models and sector valuation files and related publicationsSupport the investor targeting activities and roadshow managementTake the leadership in the compilation of some of the sustainability questionnaires on the IR side and collaborate with the Sustainability team Collaborate with internal teams and the communication team to ensure consistent messaging across all intended audiencesCompetenzeBachelor degree + Master of Science in Business Administration, Economics or EngineeringPrevious 4-5 years of experience as investor relator or sell-side / buy-side equity research analyst, investment banking analyst as well as specific knowledge of the utilities sectorSolid understanding of financial analysis, modelling, valuation, capital markets Problem solving capabilities, ability to operate independently, with a strong focus on details. Strong team- working capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent knowledge of written and spoken EnglishStrong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint including knowledge of Macro in Excel) and information providers tolls (Bloomberg or Reuters)
