Electrification Distribution Solutions IS team mission is to deliver best in class IS services leveraging cutting edge technology based on cloud and AI. We provide IS service to more than 14000 business users globally. As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects in close partnership with business process owners, define the IS activities required to support the business needs, create and validated project plans and oversee implementation and handover to operations of applications. Your responsibilities Ensure successful delivery of the IS project, closely collaborate with Business Lead on overall project success Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the IS project outcomes by utilizing various internal delivery teams in ABB, as well as external 3rd party suppliers Proactive management of stakeholders expectations and relationship Effectively monitor and control project progress, proactive manage and mitigate project risks, Monitor and control project financials Defining with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources, time schedule and dependencies Performing project management and administration tasks including building and maintaining project plans, reports, project repository etc Ensuring compliance with Information Systems project frameworks and process. Assisting in the management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes (Agile) Your background Excellent Project Management knowledge in area of IT/IS, supported with min. 4 years of Project Management experience Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Organization, time management, decision making, negotiation, optimism, flexibility, persistence, quality and results orientation Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders Previous experience in software development teams (utilizing Agile practices ) Required business domain and business processes knowledge and experience would be advantage (involvement in projects related to business domains like Engineering, M&S, Operations, Service) Previous experience in managing integration services would be an advantage. Minimum 5 years†experience in a multinational/corporate environment High Level Analytical skills.
