Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.We are looking for an experienced Applications Manager to oversee and manage our SAP S/4 Hana ERP systems and the external applications integrated with the ERP.As the ERP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with company's business needs.You will also be responsible for managing a team of ERP and application professionals, internal and outsourced, to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and effectively.You will work in a global environment, spanning from North America to Far East.Your responsibilities- Manage and oversee ERP systems and related projects- Ensure that ERP system and the related applications are integrated and aligned with business needs- Develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining ERP systems- Lead ERP team and provide guidance and direction as needed- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP systems- Provide support and training to end-users- Develop and manage budgets for ERP projects- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies- Managing employee performance to ensure that they are meeting job requirementsYour background- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- At least 8 years of experience SAP ERP systems management and implementation- Proven experience in managing and leading teams- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana is a requiredMore about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
