St. Raphael Caritas Alten- und Behindertenhilfe is one of the largest social service providers in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. Our non-profit organization employs over 1,400 people at 40 locations in the districts of Ahrweiler, Bernkastel-Wittlich, Cochem-Zell and Mayen-Koblenz. We are looking for you for our service center in Mendig at the earliest possible date as IT Administrator (m/f/d) Your tasks: You will work in the varied field of administration of our infrastructure. You will support systems and services in cooperation with our service partners in the areas of LAN/WLAN, security (firewall, endpoint, etc.), virtualization, storage, Active Directory, MS 365 Cloud, MS Exchange and Teams. You will work independently and autonomously on IT faults, service requests and be responsible for the setup, support, maintenance and replacement of local devices and software products. You will create and document specialist concepts and cross-institutional standards for the infrastructures you are responsible for. You are involved in project management and the implementation of cross-facility projects You will be involved in the procurement and contractual safeguarding of IT components. Your profile: Completed training in the field of system administration, or comparable professional experience Ideally, you have administrative knowledge of Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop and Active Directory Experience in supporting large, decentralized network infrastructures Sound knowledge of firewalls, endpoint security and common network protocols Experience in the development of IT security solution concepts based on different information and IT security requirements You have an independent and solution-oriented way of working and enjoy working in an innovative and collegial team You think in a networked way, see yourself as a service provider (m/f/d) and have good communication skills.
