Reporting to the CIO, you will be IT Business Partner for Supply Chain and you will have the opportunity to drive the digital strategy of the company. If you are looking for a new challanging role with high-level visibility within an international organization, then this is the right opportunity for you!Your MissionWork in partnership with Supply Chain business team (e.g. Plant Directors / VP Sourcing / VP Operations, etc) and guide/challange them on the IT roadmap and processes for Supply Chain areaGuarantee business continuity while bringing innovation and new solutions to stakeholders by developing and deliveringvalue added servicesPromote Digitalization and act as change agentManage and egnage internal IT team of Functional Analyst and external consultantsYour ProfileRequired Skills And AbilitiesAbility to build and maintain high performance teamsAbility to display critical decision making in a high-pressure situationAbility to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present cases to senior managementDemonstrated ability to create Vision and StrategyDemonstrated ability to lead in a geographically dispersed environmentProject mgmt experience including dudgeting and financial managementProven ability to influence at all levels of the organization with strong communication and presentation skills.Level of education and languages:Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant discipline7+ years Successful experience in similar rolesExperience with SAP Material Management, EWM, Plant Maintenance modulesExperience in MES, SAP MII, SAP Ariba, S4H is a strong plusExperience with Manufacturing and Supply chain processesFluent English is a must, Italian and French languages will be advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
