It Business Partner Supply Chain (M/W)

Reporting to the CIO, you will be IT Business Partner for Supply Chain and you will have the opportunity to drive the digital strategy of the company. Your Mission Work in partnership with Supply Chain business team (e.g. Plant Directors / VP Sourcing / VP Operations, etc) and guide/challange them on the IT roadmap and processes for Supply Chain area Guarantee business continuity while bringing innovation and new solutions to stakeholders by developing and deliveringvalue added services Promote Digitalization and act as change agent Manage and egnage internal IT team of Functional Analyst and external consultants Your Profile Required Skills And Abilities Ability to build and maintain high performance teams Ability to display critical decision making in a high-pressure situation Ability to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present cases to senior management Demonstrated ability to create Vision and Strategy Demonstrated ability to lead in a geographically dispersed environment Project mgmt experience including dudgeting and financial management Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization with strong communication and presentation skills. Level of education and languages: Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant discipline 7+ years Successful experience in similar roles Experience with SAP Material Management, EWM, Plant Maintenance modules Experience in MES, SAP MII, SAP Ariba, S4H is a strong plus Experience with Manufacturing and Supply chain processes Fluent English is a must, Italian and French languages will be advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
