IT Help Desk - Level 1 We are looking for aperson passionate about technology, oriented towards collaboration and problem solving, capable of working in a team while being proactive and sensitive towards service issues.
You will:
You will review IT support tickets and be the first point of contact for internal users. You will evaluate reports relating to hardware, software or service malfunctions (e.g. web, apps, company back offices) and manage the most frequent ones, or forward them to the most suitable department for management. You will update the knowledge base with information on case studies. You will collaborate with the team in the installation/maintenance/replacement of company software or devices. Requirements: Understanding user needs Skills in written and spoken communication, both in Italian and English Experience with company software Previous experience in a Helpdesk team Nice to have:

Knowledge of Jira or other ticketing systems Technical/IT training Knowledge of written and spoken English Web programming and/or scripting What we offer:
Full-time employment with a commercial contract

After this initial interview, if the candidate is an initial match, a second interview with the hiring IT teamwill take place, followed by a final confirmation interview.
