col-wideJob Description:JOB PURPOSEMSC Cruises, the 3rd largest cruise operator in the world with an ambitious 10-year investment plan of €13.6 billion that includes the construction of up to 17 new digital ships, plus terminals and other important assets.We're totally transforming our business and building a modern and highly digitalized company and our IT is at the core to support the digital transformation.Working in MSC Cruises is working in a very dynamic and global context with the freedom to shape and define the future of digital in our organization, with the support and scope of a vast evolving business.Our environment is international, fast-paced, highly collaborative and meritocratic.We are looking for anIT Infrastructure Technical Project Managerin our Naples office, the major service delivery center in the Group, and having seen your profile you could be a good fit to us given your background and skills.The position offers the option of smart working to ensure you have the best work-life balance possible.In a very dynamic and growing IT dept, the IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager and will be supporting MSC Cruises in IT Infrastructure Project Management area.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES•Collects and translates business and technical requirements into detailed specifications •Develops high level detailed programs and project plans•Follows up, monitors, tracks progress of the programs and projects•Ensures that all programs and projects are delivered on-time and quality•Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation•Provides technical expertise to develop new product strategies, provides inputs to adopt new solutions/applications or enhancements.•Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders and other IT units •Reports and escalates to stakeholders and management•Ensures compliance in alignment with MSC Security guidelines and contributes to security design•Contributes to Incident, problems and change management of related areas•Supervises the Patch Management process•Maintains and upgrades IT systems•Monitors systems performance and troubleshoots issues•Tracks emerging technologies and implements them in the organizationQUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)•Fluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is an advantage•Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer science, engineering or equivalent•Must have at least 3+ years of experience as an IT technical Project Manager •Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and to deliver with stretched deadlinesHands-On experience with:•Coordination/project management skills•Risk management skills •Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow or other IT Project management tools and technologies•Strong leadership and decision-making skills•Strong analytical skills•Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operations best practices and processes•Knowledge of Cloud, Cloud Native solutions•Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune•Knowledge of virtualisation solutions (VMWare, vCentre, & ESXi)•Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace •Good knowledge of Unix/AIX/Oracle systems is an advantage•Experience with containerization technologies is a plusVISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)•Right to work in Italy
