This stage's objective is to simplify the work at Lilly Italy through automation and innovation, delivering IT projects collaborating cross-functionally with discipline and execution excellence.Activities The successful candidate will interact closely with business parteners of different departements, marketing, HR, finance, sales,… to:Contribute/lead IT projects in the Italian affiliate, both on application side and infrastructure side.Develop solutions using Microsoft Office 365 suite, in particular PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI.Participate to AI pilotsContribute to the IT infrastructure management and maintenanceParticipate in the implementation of some IT initiatives across Italy HubRequirementsFull time availabilityNo smart working, as per labour law on stagesCourse of study in math, computer science, computer engineering, or related disciplinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office365 suiteFluent in Italian and EnglishGood attitude to multi-taskingProven learning agility and teamworkProven problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguityProject results and major learning opportunity This project will establish a set of IT solutions to improve business processes through automation and analytics. It will include a part closed to infrastructure IT.The candidate will have the opportunity to apply MS Power Suite knowledge and strengthen it.
