? WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?
At least 4 years of experience as a IT Project Manager and at least 3 of them related to Retail & eCommerce services. Experience with budget and resource forecasting Familiar with costumer experience and digital touchpoints. Experience with Agile environments. Experience managing complex global projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Experience in preparation Request For Proposal (RFP) English Fluent as you will be working at an international and multicultural enviroment and english is the day to day language. WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS? Experience at big companies. Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) Fluency in Italian Spanish, French, German... Experience with virtual teams and Hybrid enviroments. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Collaborate with stakeholders to manage global projects. Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems.
