IT Service Delivery Manager page is loaded IT Service Delivery Manager Apply locations IT - Casella time type Full time posted on Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id R-42747 We offer a role as IT Service Deivery Manager, who will report to the IT Director Italy and could be based in our plants in Casella (GE) or Zola Predosa (BO). The candidate will have the responsibility to ensure the availability of all IT Services in country business operations, managing all major and minor incidents to conclusion and monitoring and reporting on KPIs. This figure will also support Regional and country Business Partners to align new project scope and develop common objectives and deliverables for new services proposed.Key Responsibilities:Ensure availability of all IT Infrastructure Services in support of country business operations.Coordinate with Regional and country Director to align new project scope and develop common objectives and deliverables.Support Region/Global projects and ensuring adoption of defined infrastructure standards for all services delivered in country.In-Country IT Service Management responsibility across all services.Line Manager/Team leader responsibility for direct reports.Ensure delivery of EMEA Standards across defined services.Monitoring and reporting of Service KPIs.Responsible for CSI across all Services, taking lifecycle action where required.IT Advisor – trusted person for business and identified point of escalation across all services.Responsible for Opex & Capex management in their domain.Support local and EMEA innovation activities, where IT Service support is required.Responsibility for license management across all Services.Support all new services introduction and be an approver of Service introduction into Operations.Required Experience and Competencies:Significant experience in IT infrastructure technologies and in IT Service Management with a strong depth competence in EUT alongside knowledge of Infra/ Networks/ Cyber/ Applications.3-5 years of experience in a similar role and in multinational contexts.Experience in the supervision of local/remote resource in IT infrastructure management, and in budget management.Proven experience in IT Service Management and end user technologies.Good knowledge in infrastructure operations and network technology.Understanding of core business applications like ERP systems.ITIL Service Management minimum Foundation level.Proven ability to lead and drive all activities to completion within required timelines and budgets, and to continuously improve business results.Ability to communicate ideas and build effective working relationships.Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with senior IT Management and employees at all levels.Ability to take a helicopter view and to co-ordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.Experience of ITIL fundamentals.Fluency in Italian and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
