With a lot of networking and a wide range of services, we help to initiate R&D projects, promote new talents and start-ups and make local companies fit and competitive for the future.You will complete the team of two in the IT Service team at NOI Ltd, which is responsible for the smooth running of the IT systems at NOI Ltd. We entrust this to you: Selection and maintenance of computers, smartphones and other IT equipment at NOI Ltd.Selection and implementation of software solutionsManagement and maintenance of the SharePoint environment, management of Microsoft 365 groups and Microsoft TeamsContinuous management and maintenance of the tenant, based on a hybrid (on-premises + Azure) Microsoft AD solutionSupport for the entire lifecycle of user accounts and company data, including securityHelp desk service (first-level support for all employees) You:have knowledge of the entire Microsoft ecosystem for companies (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Dynamics 365) and basic knowledge of the corresponding administration panelshave advanced knowledge of Windows-based systems (client)have basic knowledge of Windows Server and Android-based systems, as well as Powershell programminghave strong communication skills, service orientation and willigness to work in a teamhave a good knowledge of Italian, German and English Do you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?Then NOI Ltd. is the right place for you.
