For a manufacturing costumer, we're looking for a IT Specialist ERP:Key Responsibilities: The IT Manager will be responsible for strategically and operationally managing the company's IT resources and activities; Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion; Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure; Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes; Analyze business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs; Assess vendors and develop strategies for new hardware and software; Management of 1° level tickets and users support; Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT; Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource spending. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of experience working in the IT field; Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems; Knowledge of ERP (Infor LN preferably), O365, Business Intelligence, SQL language, Cyber Risk Management. Personals Skills: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills; Project management skills. Place of work: Cerro Maggiore (MI).
