Our interns acquire crucial business and IT knowledge by participating in projects and initiatives that have a substantial impact on Essity's operations.This is a full-time position available for a minimum of 6 months.What you will do:Under direct supervision, you will provide support to IT users.You will employ basic analysis techniques to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, as well as assist in conducting root cause analysis on problems.Using remote control software, you will offer both onsite and cross-border support.You will regularly interact with IT users, utilizing customer service and communication skills.You will collaborate with other support functions on IT-related projects and activities.You will liaise with partners and vendors for IT-related user support, such as opening incidents with support for hardware maintenance.You will adhere to IT processes, ensuring that all incidents are addressed efficiently and proper system logging is maintained.Who you are:Student or graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficient in English and native Italian speaker.Capable of professional interaction with others and independent work in a dynamic environment.Robust problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Reliable and cooperative team member.Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines punctually.Together, we are improving lives, every day.
