You will leverage this expertise to achieve and maintain contractual KPIs at a targeted level, including SLA and other KPIs.You are a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Having a professional behavior and results-oriented attitude, you will be able to solve problems with an end-user focus and take ownership of responsibilities.
