As an integral part of the Product organization, the International Community team plays a key role in helping Reddit realize its mission: bringing community and belonging to everyone in the world .As the Italy Community Operations, you will be at the forefront of jumpstarting and fostering local communities. Your fluency in Italian, coupled with your in-depth understanding of Italian-speaking communities, positions you as an expert capable of spearheading initiatives to connect with local volunteer moderators on the platform. Your insights and the initiatives you launch in the market will be instrumental in refining, iterating, and scaling our international consumer playbook.
