Duties of the Housekeeper Live-InAs an Housekeeper Live-In, the role includes:
Housekeeper – CookResponsible for all service duties (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).Formal, and informal table service.Setting up tables (mise-en-place) according to the daily requirements.Taking care of silver, crystal, cookeriesResponsible for cooking tasty and healthy meals for the familyOccasional dinners with guestsFamily style cooking, healthy and fresh ingredients. Experience for Italian cuisinePantry and grocery shoppingHigh-level residence general housekeeping duties:hoovering, dusting, cleaningfine cleaning: windows, curtains, etc.Laundry and ironing:house linen, table linenfamily wardrobe, luxury clothingCare of luxury furniture and artUse of uniform and white gloves, provided by the family, according to daily needs;Reception of guests, management of external companies, suppliers and maintenance workers;Dogs and cats loverAvailable to travel with the family in mountain, seaside and boat holiday residences.
Must be able to be flexible and manage last-minute changes.
Must have excellent time management and organisational skills and be looking for a long-term position.
Must have highly professional and be able to use your own initiative and hit the ground running each day.
Must be punctual and reliable and have strong discretion and respect to family life; must manage the family privacy.

The Housekeeper will be assigned a private accommodation within the property.
