Who are we looking for At ShippyPro, we've built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team. Your mission will be to execute our product strategy, collaborate on a customer-centric roadmap, and ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving industry.
What you will do: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from high-level ideation through the effective execution to validation in the market Good knowledge of UX and prototyping principles Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, including prototyping when needed Use data, A/B testing, qualitative research, and modeling to optimize important metrics and craft the team's roadmap Collaborate in the definition and ongoing track product metrics in KPIs What you will bring to the table: You are a strong problem solver You have a strong intuition based on a broad range of experiences, but you take a critical mind even to your own ideas and are ready to be challenged by colleagues of all levels You are comfortable driving projects from start to finish, with a predictable cadence across multiple dependencies Familiarity with Statistics, Mathematics and AI tools Experience with API-based products Full professional proficiency in Italian and English What we can offer: Growth and learning opportunities.
