Join the industry's fastest growing technology company to shape that future today.The Junior   Controller will join the JMA team in our Bologna office located in Castel San Pietro Terme with opportunity for hybrid work.Responsibilities: Monthly Sales and Gross Margin analysisMonthly Sales ForecastingMonthly Variance Analysis including manufacturing variances for the month (freight, scrap, labor efficiency, etc.) and suggestions for any corrective actions that are recommendedMonthly Analysis of SG&A expensesSupporting the Controlling Manager in all the process and activities related to Planning, Forecasting and Control of industrial costs, SG&A and R&D expensesOversee Inventory and the cycle count process at the Italy plant to ensure accuracy for yearly countRequirements: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent disciplineMinimum of 2-3 years of controller experience within a manufacturing companyProficient knowledge of Microsoft ExcelBilingual in Italian and English (writing, speaking, reading, and participating in video meetings in English will be required)Knowledge of ERP System SAP and previous experience with FI-CO module is preferable#LI-AC1 At JMA, we don't just accept differences — we embrace them.
