Position Summary We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist for Data&Tech Team. Data&Tech Unit is focused on creating data-driven solutions through enhanced or newly-created products and services, maximizing the impact of traditional and addressable media. Its core principle is to drive smarter business decisions and better outcomes for clients using our suite of data and technology services. Key Responsibilities KPI design, creation, monitoring to constantly improve business outcomes Interaction with other BU in order to identify business needs and develop data driven solutions New products development leveraging mathematical and statistical models implementation Managements and analysis of big data with many different tools and architectures Create data visualizations that communicate your findings in a dynamic way Desired Skills & Experience Requirements (MUST HAVE) Year of experience: 0-2 years are appreciated STEM degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related… disciplines) Knowledge of R and Python Knowledge of ETL techniques and statistical model application Basic knowledge of database Fluent Italian and English Communication skills Good teamwork attitude Requirements (NICE TO HAVE in descending order) Knowledge of SQL language Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or other Cloud Platform Familiar with media industry and marketing concepts About Us We are Mediabrands, a CLIENT-FIRST, CONSULTING-LED, COMMUNITY-DRIVEN group of 13,000 media and marketing specialists in over 130 countries on a mission to ensure our clients win in the marketplace.
