DescriptionFor our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller .We offer a talented Finance environment, who will further growth in all aspects of accounting, controlling etc.This is a hybrid job (Smart working…) , however we appreciate the new joiner to be present in the office for the first 6 months of the job, to be able to train and develop.Being part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.It's a fast-paced environment, a consultative role, where you will get to partner with people to achieve their strategic business goals.Your responsibilities :Promotion and execution of internal controls in area finance;Monitor on Cash Collection, identify opportunities and risks;Prepare monthly accounts reconciliations;Support month-end and year-end closing processes and related reporting;Support in order to guarantee correctness and accuracy of financial data (Maintain general ledger);Preparation of financial and analytical reports;Critical analysis of data for the evaluation of company performance;Administrative support: assistance in administrative activities and support to the team for data collection and document management;Monthly P&L analysis of orders;Analysis of variances relating to company performance, margins and sales by product;Analysis of some monthly KPI's;Support budget and forecasting process;Proactive support to business functions in monitoring and analyzing the main economic and financial indicators;Margin analysis by product family, geographical area and end customerSupport internal and external audit processes.Your background :Master degree in Economics or Management Engineering ;1/2 years of experience in the role is preferable;Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Italian;Good knowledge Excel and Power BI ;Preferable knowledge of SAP/SAP HANA ;High sense of responsibility and commitment;Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges;Continuous improvement attitude, combined with pro active, independent and problem solving mindset;Objective-based working approach (plan, track and control);Analytical and managerial accounting skills;Excellent communication and relationship management skills at all company levels;Great flexibility and proactivity, ability to summarize and analyse, habit of teamwork ;Ability to organize and manage priorities in compliance with established deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
