To strengthen our team in Flensburg we are looking for at the earliest possible date a Junior IT System Administrator (m/f/d) Your tasks Telephone and on-site support for users from the various departments with hardware and software problems in first and second level support Independent resolution of incoming requests via the OTRS ticket system Technical support for our field service in case of problems with tablets and an MS Dynamics CRM application Troubleshooting of client hardware problems (thin client, PC, notebook, tablet, etc.) Support for problems with user software (Windows, MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM, SAP, etc.) Taking over administrative tasks in the Active Directory Your profile You have completed training as an IT specialist / IT business administrator or comparable training Professional experience in the area described above would be desirable, but is not a mandatory requirement Experience in the Windows client-server environment Initial experience in the areas of Exchange, MS Office, administration, terminal servers and VMware would be advantageous You are a team player, have strong communication skills, work independently and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility We offer you The benefits we can offer you include flexible working hours, 30 days' vacation, a canteen, free drinks and fruit and a job ticket allowance.
