Unlocking the full potential of life Your contribution/mission As Training& development specialist you will support the organization designing and implement training programs that improve employee productivity and effectiveness, through upgrading skills, improving and developing new ones, challenge culture and create an involving environment. Key responsibilities: managing skill needs assessments, supporting managers in defining development needs designing training programs, developing materials, delivering training sessions implementing Training Initiatives, coordinating and facilitating training sessions: i.e. ensure logistical aspects, such as scheduling and materials, are in place. evaluating the results of all kinds of on-the job, webinars and training/ coaching/ mentoring programs support the data collecting and in putting in the new systems create and deploy initiatives such as onboarding programs at corporate level You will be required to: Manage learning and development info inside the platforms (SAP) Address technical lack of knowledge and soft skills gaps Influence and modify behaviours Engage people, retaining them and increasing their sense of belonging Empower people Support the creation of a culture of safe speaking through open feedback Measure result and identify gaps to be addressed Collect and update data about clusters of population, and follow up with projects and training initiatives Your profile You have 2- 4 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or consulting firm, you are fluent in English; knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus. You are able to manage processes and Systems (SAP or similar) and you feel comfortable in a dynamic and international context, dealing with people from different countries and functions.
