Junior Legal Specialist is the role that must support the Group Legal Department in charge of guaranteeing and protecting legal interests in Italy and abroad.The resource inserted will support the preparation of agency contracts and the preparation of sales contracts. He/she will also provide legal support to the various company departments with a view to the proper management of projects and activities.ResponsabilitiesSupporting the manager in analysing and proposing legal solutions applicable in multiple business areas; Contributing to maintaining and monitoring regulatory compliance and mitigating business risks from a legal point of view; Supporting the study and drafting of documentation and contracts, both national and international, supporting the company's policies from a legal, commercial and tax point of view.ActivitiesSupport in the preparation of agency, service and distribution contracts, both in Italy and abroad; Support in the preparation and verification of sales contracts of the Commercial Area; Support in the drafting and management of the documentation required to carry out customs operations with foreign countries; Legal support to the Human Resources Department to guarantee particularly complex legislative areas; Legal support to all company departments and offices in order to verify the correct management of activities and projects; Legal assistance inmatters of Health and Safety (Law 81/08) and Product Safety (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) for the BLM Group; - Legal assistance in all areas relevant to the company's development and activities, in Italy and abroad, in compliance with current regulations .Note: In relation to the above, it is important to emphasise that in every job description the information provided is necessarily concise, focusing on the main objectives set by the position; in the normal course ofwork, it is necessary to provide for integration with tasks, activities and responsibilities that have logical relevance and correlation with the description and information expressed.Must to have:Degree in Law or equivalent; Strong motivation towards the role of Corporate Lawyer; Accuracy, attentionand method in the management of assigned activities; Willingness and adequate resourcefulness in completing assigned projects; High competence in the use of the English language, written and spoken (Level B2 - C1); A collaborative, friendly attitude, open to confrontation; Willingness to workwithin a small team; Willingness to travel frequently, both to the headquarters in Levico (TN) and abroad; Good familiarity inthe use of the Office package (in particular Excel at an intermediate-advanced level).Nice to have2 years' experience in a similar position; knowlege of 231 organisation moduleKnowledge/skills gained in industrial companies operating in the capital and investment goods sector; Professional competence in the use of other foreign languages (German and French).#J-18808-Ljbffr
