We are looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist for our central Logistic Department. As part of our global supply chain, you'll collaborate in ensuring an effective, sustainable and cost-efficient logistics transportation flow.In this role you will support the logistic office on daily operative tasks – planning and organizing inbound and outbound activities. You will collaborate with our logistic partners, monitor shipments and take care about the transport documentation.Tasks and responsibilitiesPlan and schedule all incoming and outgoing shipments - in line with company requirementsManage and collaborate with external logistic service providers and partnersMonitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activitiesSupport the interaction between warehouse and transportationPreparation of import and export documentationControl logistic invoices and costs assignmentCommunicate to all relevant departments and stakeholders - in particular warehouse, purchasing, demand planning and customer serviceProfileUniversity degree in engineering / economics, or high school degreeExperiences in logistics/warehouse or other backgrounds where careful planning and accurate execution are carried out are considered a plusFluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plusKnowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Knowledge and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems are considered a plusPassion for complex and dynamic processesCustomer-oriented, problem solving and communication skillsWorkplace: Bolzano, ITJoin us and become part of an inspired team in an international house of brands, focused on the mountain and performance sports industry.
