Junior Privacy Specialist

Job Purpose/Role In the context of compliance with data protection legislation, the Data Privacy Speciaist works with the Data Privacy and Protection team to support the Data Controller in the activities necessary for adequate protection of the personal data of data subjects and to meet the Allianz Privacy Standard, Functional rules and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities • Support in updating the impact analyses (Privacy Impact Assessment, Privacy and Ethics Impact Assessment, Transfer Impact Assessment) and the Processing Activities Register• Prepare draft power point presentations in relation to privacy related matters and topics • If required, monitor privacy mail boxes and support in SAR's management • support in the collection of data required for Privacy Quarterly reports• Support in organizing Privacy awareness activities and training • Monitoring regulatory and case-law developments related to privacy issues Key Requirements/Skills/Experience • Master's Degree in Law, Economics/Business Administration or related field• Strong interest and deep knowledge in Data Privacy• 1-2 years experience required• Excellent use of Power Point, Excel, and basic IT systems• Knowledge and use of the OneTrust tool would be a plus• International Association of Privacy Professionals Privacy Certification (IAPP) would be a plus• High attention to details• Ability to manage multi-task at the same time and meet deadlines• Fluent in English (written and spoken) 44870 | Legal & Compliance | Entry Level | Allianz Italy | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
