Junior Project Manager

Wegreenit has begun the selection process for aJUNIOR PROJECT MANAGERto be integrated into its staff.They will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the works, financial control and supervising the phases of implementation of the orders.The figure will be placed in the Project Management office and will be responsible for the following activities:Drafting of project budgetsCoordination of documentation and preparation throughout tender phasesAcquisition of offersStep-by-step procurement managementChecking the progress of the worksVerification of economic and time deviationsQualifications required:Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalentFamiliarity with construction site accounting management toolsExcellent knowledge of MS ExcelRequirements:At least two years of previous experience in similar activities within the construction sectorExperience with General ContractorsConstruction accounting experienceAbility to manage project GanttsPrevious experience in interpreting tender specificationsAbility to draft a work scheduleWilling, flexible, collaborative, dynamic and enterprisingWorking hours: Full-timeWorking days and hours: Monday – Friday from 9.00 to 18.00Place of work:MilanoType of contract and remuneration:to be determined based on professional framework and previous experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
