The Construction team is growing, and we're currently looking for our next Junior Construction Manager! Joining Rituals means joining a fast-growing company, with 10 to 15 store openings a year in Italy. Reporting to the Head of Construction,you will be responsible for the successful, efficient roll out, construction and fit out of our stores, providing measurable input to defining the direction of processes, that support in optimizing results and allocating resources optimally.Your responsibilities:Find the right balance between the design and the cost.Adapt or enhance quality or value in existing methods.Analyse complex issues and modify working methods in a broader work area.Start up new stores; prepare and create a survey report and approve the suitability of potential locations, both financially as technical.Survey new locationsBuilding new stores within budgetManage external parties/suppliersResponsible for hand over of stores to retail and deliver a hand over report.Your profileTechnical study background and experience in retail constructions, HBO levelFrom 1 to 3 years in a project management role, preferable in the fast moving retail.Have an understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with (new) contractors and partners, through all of the operational stages.HBO, skills verbal and written English and preferable other languages.Join our teamAt our Head Office, you will work together with enthusiastic heartbeats.
