KERING EYEWEAR Corporate Communication Manager page is loaded KERING EYEWEAR Corporate Communication Manager Apply locations MILANO time type Full time posted on Posted 14 Days Ago job requisition id R129181 SummaryKering Eyewear is the world leader in Luxury and High-End Eyewear (Frames & Sunglasses), developing a unique 'ensemble' of powerful brands.We design, develop, manufacture and market to customers and consumers, the most desirable frames and sunglasses in two fast growing segments: Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle.Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.Job DescriptionYour opportunityWe are currently seeking a Corporate Communication Manager as part of our dynamic Marketing team in our HQ in Milan.How you will contributeProactively and autonomously define and implement Kering Eyewear Corporate Communication plans relating to all the company's platforms, in compliance with the guidelines expressed by the Group and other Shareholders of the companyProactively and effectively promote Kering Eyewear's corporate image and disseminate its founding values inside and outside the organisationSupervising content for CEO communications (internal communications, meetings with press, interviews)Independently manage, with a focus on expanding the network, the business and financial press, organising the production and publication of corporate news/communications and providing ongoing support to stakeholders to better promote Kering EyewearManaging relations with the Group's Corporate Communication teamCollaborating on the creation of all institutional materials/documents according to the Corporate publication schedule (i.e. Activity Report, Shareholders' Letter, Annual Report, etc.), in collaboration with the Group's Corporate Communication teamEnsure the creation of institutional assets (photos, videos, texts, gifts, etc.)Proactively support the subsidiaries and other functions, ensuring respect for the Kering Eyewear identity and imageManage relations with all Brand teams, to ensure coordination between Corporate and Brand activities and provide fair visibility to all projects in Corporate initiatives and platformsSupport the Sustainability team in defining the communication strategy and orchestrating 360° projectsConstantly monitor activities and achievement of results, keeping key stakeholders informed and providing appropriate recommendationsEffectively manage the budget setting and monitoring process ensuring return on investment analysis of all communication initiativesOrganise, lead and grow your team, ensuring the development of an empowered and creative, diverse and sustainable environmentWho you areMaster's degree in communication, marketing or a related field+8 years' experience in corporate communications or a similar roleProficiency in English and Italian Experience in the luxury industry is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesFamiliarity with digital communication tools and social media platformsProactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsWhy work with us?
