Your opportunity La risorsa verrà inserita nel team Demand Planning nel nostro HQ di Padova.
How you will contribute Supportare la preparazione dei target aziendali e analizzare l'attuale andamento del business, definendo previsioni rolling a livello di account/mercato sulla base di quanto validato nell'S&OP process.
Discutere con i rispettivi account le prestazioni e costruire piani di crescita e di recupero al fine di guidare la pianificazione della domanda.
Gestire le previsioni della domanda per i successivi 12-15 mesi rolling a livello di prodotto finito.
Essere il punto di contatto planning per tutti i progetti relativi al mercato di riferimento supportandone proattivamente la realizzazione.
Fornire un supporto proattivo per migliorare continuamente il livello di servizio al cliente e contemporaneamente ottimizzare l'inventario dei prodotti finiti in linea con la strategia aziendale.
Supportare l'implementazione e la manutenzione di un sistema di reporting per analizzare i principali KPI del mercato di riferimento.
Svolgere funzioni di back office in collaborazione con i team di supporto alle vendite e team supply chain per fornire informazioni ai vari interlocutori.
Attuare l'implementazione delle soluzioni IT definite e di supporto alle attività di Demand Planning all'interno del mercato di riferimento.
Who you are Laurea in discipline economiche/scientifiche
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel
Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazione
Attitudine al problem solving
