About the role In the Role of Key Account Manager Italy you are a vital element to deliver our growth ambition and build our organization.
You will be responsible to design, drive and deliver our local strategy to grow foodspring in the Drugstore/Food Retail universe and develop our organization as well as out commercial capabilities.
Currently our Mass Retail Business is focused on Supermarkets, Drugstores, Departments stores and Quick-commerce companies.
We count on you to develop the channel, customers and fundament in Italy to leverage our full growth potentials in retail channels and identify further channel hunting grounds.

 What can you expect to work on? You are driven and embrace the challenge to develop our Mass Retail business in Italy further based on the current customer status in Supermarkets, Drugstores, and other centralized channels You love to manage Key Accounts in Food Retail and you have experiences to work yourself through the customers organization to identify and influence the decision makers You have an active network to relevant Food retail customers and are well aware of the Italian food retail structure, requirements and levers for growing a challenger brand You research and identify sales potential and independently win new customers - market observation and competitor analysis are part of your tasks You represent our company at events and fairs and organize promotional events You provide your precious support in the development of strategic cooperation's & ensure internal alignment to deliver your business targets What you offer us: You have min. 5 years of Sales experience, with proven track records in similar sales channels, Account management and/or Business Development You have completed degree in economics, preferably with sales or marketing focus You have experience & connections in healthy food / sport & fitness industry / gastronomy sales and relevant sales channels is a must You have a great passion for fitness, healthy food and interest to build long-term partnerships with customers for our premium brand You are very communicative, you love approaching people, but you are also super organized, structured and have an analytical mindset You have a comprehensive wealth of experience in sales methods such as presentation, moderation, and negotiation methods You have a charismatic and powerful personality with experience in the brokerage of FMCG products You are already very reflective through exciting experiences in life and know your strengths and weaknesses well; you know how to motivate yourself You speak fluently Italian and English – other languages would be a plus.
