Hybrid schedule available. Responsibilities and DutiesCoordinates with service desk personnel and develop/update fault tree diagrams and call scripts. Reviews/updates technical documentation. Collects/documents Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Collects/documents Lessons Learned for broader sharing across the community. Maintains NIPRNET and SIPRNET SharePoint sites and updates sites with the latest documentation. Maintains "Link List" for pertinent sites and additional resources of value to the operational community. Maintains Point-of-Contact (POC) rosters for key enterprise organizations.Qualifications and SkillsRequired knowledge and years of experienceMust have at least three (3) years of experience performing Knowledge Management (KM) to support DoD programs. SharePoint administration experience is required. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
