Labor Law Specialist

Position As part of the Group HR Department and reporting to the Manager of Industrial Relations, he/she supports and advice the HR management team and the other functions with reference to: Management of Industrial Relations with reference to labor relations issues and drafting of second-level collective agreements Interpretation and application of labor laws and rules and updating of company regulations and information to employees Management of judicial and extrajudicial litigation, with support from external law firms and participation in consultations in conciliation commissions Management of disciplinary procedures within the framework of current regulations Requirements Degree in Economics or Management EngineeringAt least, 3/5 years of experience as Project controller or comparable roleTeam workingKnowledge of Sap AGPProficiency English Knowledge
