Working in a consulting reality as PQE Group will give you the chance to work on projects for the most important national and international pharmaceutical companies and to travel around Italy and Europe Fundamental requirements : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharma industry (preferably API or sterile). Technical degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field. Availability to travel up to 75% of the time for medium-long journeys in Italy and Europe . We will ask you to work on-site by the client's plant from 1 week to 6-12 months. Everything will be payed from the company , travels, accommodation and lunch/dinner. You will reach a travel bonus for every day that you will spend onsite by the client's plant that will increase your annual gross salary (permanent employee contract). Proficiency in English language (at least B2 level). In-depth knowledge of aseptic techniques and microbiological analysis methods. Experience in managing laboratory operations and staff . Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards (GMP, GLP, etc.). First Project you will be assigned to: Location: Brindisi, Apulia 100% onsite Duration: 6-months (We offer a permanent contract and we will arrange travel every two weekends for let you coming back home). You will be responsible for: Perform environmental sampling in classified areas (grades A, B, C, and D). Conduct Elisa analysis and PCR analysis. Define and identify bioburden of controlled contamination areas. Perform and manage the entire validation documentation. Manage the validation cycle of Classified Areas (Grid Approach & mapping studies). Conduct sterility testing, LAL test (clot/kinetic/turbidimetric gel). Manage microbiological deviations, perform Media Fill and execute aseptic interventions. Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards. Train and supervise laboratory staff, manage laboratory inventory and supplies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality improvement initiatives.
