Required Skills: Lead Counsel, Litigation Responsibilities: Manage and drive strategy for high-profile litigation and pre-litigation matters, including regulatory litigation, consumer class actions, antitrust, constitutional, and commercial disputes, and other content-related matters Collaborate with and manage outside counsel Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities in partnership with our world-class eDiscovery team Develop creative approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar 5+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously Experience managing high stakes, complex litigation Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with technology companies Experience defending litigation with state and federal regulators Experience managing class actions Experience working with cross-functional teams, both legal and non-legal Trial and appellate experience Public Compensation: $167,000/year to $233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
